Egg & Mustard
2large eggs
2TbspMustard
2TbspHoney
2TbspDijon Mustard
1/2CupReal Mayo
1/4tspOnion Powder
1/4tspGarlic Powder
1/4tspPaprika
Dredge
3CupsPretzelscrushed - any variety
Instructions
Prep
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
In a small bowl beat eggs, mix in mustards, mayo, and spices
Crush pretzels in food processor, food chopper, or place in a ziplock bag and beat with spoon or rolling pin. You want the pretzels to still be coarse so you know they are pretzels but the smaller you grind, the better they will stick.
Individually dip tenders through egg and mustard mixture, then cover in pretzels
Oven Instructions
Place on parchment paper on baking sheet. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes until juices run clear.
Air Fryer Instructions
Place in air fryer basket, cook at 360 degrees. Check around 6 minutes, should take about 10 minutes from start to finish
