Real Mayo

Sour Cream

Shredded Cheese

Bacon
cooked and crumbled
Instructions
Place greens in large glass bowl
Top greens with 1/2 cup of cheese, then onion, tomatoes, and peas
Mix together Mayo and Sour Cream. Spread over the top of the salad sealing all edges.
Top with bacon and cheese.
Refrigerate 2 to 12 hours to blend flavors. Toss before serving, if desired.

: Make certain that the lettuce is completely dry before assembling. This will keep things from getting soggy.
