Place meats, onions, carrots, garlic, water, pasta sauce, 1/2 cup of cheese, and pepperoni into freezer bag.
Place 1/2 cup of Shredded Cheese into sandwich bag.
Remove air from bags, fold top 1/4 of gallon bag over, lay flat to freeze.
Ready to Eat
Remove meal from freezer the night before, placing in fridge to thaw. If you forget, just run the meal under warm water to loosen from bag.
Dump meal into crockpot, cover and turn heat to Low for 6-8 hours.
Break meat up with spatula.
Add uncooked pasta, 1 cup of water. Turn heat to high and cook for 15-20 minutes. If your pasta is not quite al dente you may need to add a bit more water and cook an additional 2-3 minutes, checking frequently.
Top with remaining cheese before serving.
Notes
This meal is hearty and enough for our family of 4 to eat two nights when served with a vegetable. If prepping for 1-2 people, this is a lot of food! Use .5 Servings at the top of the recipe to cut the recipe in half. OR split among two ziplocks for two separate meals.
