Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers

Baby Bella Mushrooms sliced

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees
Cut 2 large green peppers and core.
Heat beef, mushroom, onion, garlic, and EVOO over medium heat until onions and mushrooms are cooked.
Place one piece of the cheese in the pepper and fill with ¼ of the meat mixture.
Bake for 10 minutes
Top with 2nd slice of cheese, bake for another 10 minutes.
These reheat well but do have a lot of “juice” when reheated. Be sure to drain before cutting up and eating.
Notes
Serve with a side of rice or extra vegetable.
