Greek Yogurt

Vanilla Protein Powder

Blueberries

Tortilla – Low Carb, Almond Flour, or Whole Wheat

Banana
sliced
Instructions
Mix together protein powder and yogurt until blended.
Add in Blueberries.
Spread yogurt mixture across tortilla
Top with banana slices and roll up.
Notes
Mod Carb -
with the fruit this will probably be a moderate carb meal. Keep carbs in check by choosing a low carb or almond flour tortilla.
