Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
Brussel Sprouts
- As many as your family will eat! We prefer fresh and the smaller the better but you can use frozen.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea salt
Optional
garlic
Optional
Chopped Bacon
Optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Half or quarter slice Brussel Sprout
Throw on a greased baking sheet
Drizzle with EVOO, salt, and garlic if desired.
Bake fresh Brussels for 35-45 minutes depending on size. Frozen may take a bit longer.
Stir and add additional EVOO and Salt if needed half way through
Notes
We like them a little bit crispy so we roast for about 40-45 minutes!
