Spinach
washed and dried

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Garlic
Chopped or Minced
Salt and Pepper

salted butter

Instructions
Sauté garlic in EVOO for about a minute, add in spinach, salt & pepper.
Heat until spinach is wilted. Top with butter and squeeze of lemon.
Notes
If desired, add in thinly sliced onion while sautéing garlic or crushed red pepper.
