Sheet Pan Tacos
Though 40 ounces of meat should be enough for ten four ounce servings, this feeds our family of four for one evening!

Ingredients

Pounds
Lean Ground Beef
or Turkey
1
Small
Onion
1/4
Cup
Low Sodium Taco Seasoning
Salt to taste
Taco Toppings
– Shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, black olives, avocado, jalapeños, sour cream, salsa, pico de gallo, etc.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees.
Mix meat, onion, taco seasoning, and salt.
Press into a baking/cookie sheet with an edge all the way around.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, use spatulas to loosen around the edges and remove from the pan in one piece to a large cutting board.
Drain the grease and return the hamburger back to the pan.
Sprinkle with 2-3 cups of shredded cheese and put back in the oven until melted.
Remove and top with desired taco toppings.
