5cupsInstant Potatoes (or real potatoes)can sub with real potatoes

1.5cupShredded Cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Brown meat, drain, reserving 1Tbsp of grease
Mix beef, grease reserve, broth, cornstarch well.
Add drained vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, tomato paste, and Worcestershire Sauce, stir and heat through.
While heating, prepare potatoes and/or cauliflower mash.
Pour meat and vegetable mixture into aluminum pan or oven safe dish.
Top the dish with cauliflower and/or potatoes. (I do half cauliflower and half potatoes.)
Top with shredded cheese
Bake 20-30 minutes until warmed through and cheese is melted.

*You can split this dish into two 8×8 pans if you are cooking for yourself*If preparing ahead of time and freezing, remove the dish from freezer to thaw in the fridge overnight. Bake for 45-60 minutes until warm through the center.We couldn't wait to eat, but I make several of these each winter to stash our freezer for busy school nights!
