of tuna in water
(drained)

large eggs
1/4 - 1/2
cup
bread crumbs or gluten free oats
1/4
cup
of cheese
– parmesan, cheddar, colby jack, etc.
Seasonings of choice
– garlic, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, etc.
EVOO
Instructions
Mix tuna, eggs, bread crumbs, cheese, and seasoning.
Warm oil in skillet while forming tuna into patties.
Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, flip once.
