Tomato

Can
of Light Tuna in water, drained
1-2
T
of Mayo, Mustard, or Guacamole
Optional Add-Ins
– Chopped Onion, Hard Boiled Egg, Garlic, Diced Pickles, Salt, Pepper, etc.
Instructions
Cut out center of tomato and slice into wedges almost all the way through. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired.
In a small bowl mix drained tuna, mayo/mustard, add-ins.
Top Tomato with Tuna

Serve with Rice Cakes or Whole Wheat Crackers
