of shredded vegetables

garlic

of Flour or Oat Flour or Breadcrumbs

large eggs
Seasoning if desired. Mrs. Dash, Italian Blend, Salt and Pepper, etc.

Instructions
Shredded zucchini and squash will need to have the liquid pulled before you can prepare.
Sprinkle with salt, let set for 10-15 minutes then drain in a tea towel or pat dry with paper towels.
Beat eggs, mix in vegetables, garlic, and seasoning.
Add flour.
Heat Olive Oil in a large skillet.
Form into patties, place in skillet cooking until bottom starts to brown.
Flip and brown the other side.
Enjoy with Sour Cream, Greek Yogurt, Ranch, or alone!
