Veggie Sticks w/ Hummus, Ranch, or Guac

Carrots
or celery, cucumber, bell peppers, etc.

Hummus
or Ranch or Guacamole
Instructions
Core and slice vegetables into sticks.
Serve with a couple of tablespoons of dip.
Be mindful of portion sizes of dip, it can fill up your fats pretty quickly!
Notes
Dip is optional! If you like fresh vegetables alone or with some salt and pepper, that is perfectly fine!
