Instructions
Sautee your garlic and onion in olive oil
Add in meat and brown
Drain grease and return to pot or crock pot
Add in remaining ingredients
Pour yourself a glass of wine (you can't let it go to waste!)
Cook on low heat for 4-6 hours.
Notes
Serve with tortilla chips and dollop of non-fat Greek yogurt.
