Ingredients
Cauliflower
- 2 Bags Frozen Cauliflower
Batter
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Flour (All Purpose or Gluten Free)
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
Sauce
- 2 Tbsp salted butter
- 1/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce
Instructions
Prep
- Preheat Oven to 450 Degrees.
- Place cauliflower in microwave safe bowl. Heat in microwave about 5 minutes to melt ice. Drain water from bowl.
- Mix together spices, flour, gradually add in milk. Pour over cauliflower and lightly toss.
Oven Directions
- Place parchment paper or aluminum foil on cookie sheet.
- Use a slotted spoon to let excess drain. Move to cookie sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
- Melt butter, mix in buffalo sauce.
- Remove cauliflower from oven, return to bowl with butter and buffalo sauce.
- Lightly toss, return to cookie sheet and oven for an additional 10-15 minutes. Cauliflower will be starting to brown and crisp when ready.
Air Fryer Directions
- Use slotted spoon to let excess batter drip. Move to air fryer basket.
- Melt butter, mix in buffalo sauce.
- Cook at 360 degrees for 5-6 minutes.
- Remove from fryer, place in bowl, toss with buffalo sauce mixture.
- Use slotted spoon to return cauliflower to air fryer basket. Cook an additional 5-6 minutes until crispy.
