Carrot Fries are easy to throw in the oven when I’m baking tots or fries for the fam and they are offer a bit of crunch and salt so I don’t feel like I’m missing out. I can even sneak some onto their plates without any complaints!
What you need for Carrot Fries:
- Julienne or Match Stick Carrots. You can also slice full size carrots, you’ll want to add a bit of baking time. I opt for quick & convenient!

You can try adding other spices to these but garlic is always a go at our house!
Serve warm.
These are okay re-heated but I prefer them fresh as they are more crisp. They are so simple to make that I don’t mind whipping up a batch on a leftover night!
Another way to serve these is mixed into your favorite salad or burrito bowl!
