- Chicken Breast, diced into 1″ pieces
- onions
- garlic
- pasta sauce
- pasta noodles – be sure to check the oz on your package!
- water or chicken broth
- garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- shredded parmesan
- shredded mozzarella
How to Make 4 Minute Chicken Parmesan Pasta Recipe
Dice the onion and garlic.
Place onions and garlic in the bottom of the Instant Pot with 2 cups of water or chicken broth.
Dice the chicken breasts into bite size pieces and place in the Instant Pot. If they are too big, they won’t cook through!
Season the chicken breast with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Next, cover the diced chicken breasts with penne noodles.
Now you are going to pour your pasta sauce over noodles but do not mix.
Turn IP on to high pressure for 4 minutes. Make sure you set the valve to SEALED. (if you are using a different type of pasta, just cut the cooking time listed on the box in half). Once the 4 minutes is up, do a quick release.
Next, stir in the parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Once combined and melted you are ready to serve.

Store in an air tight container for 4-5 days and keep in the refrigerator.

To reheat the Chicken Parmesan pasta recipe simply place in a microwave safe bowl. You may need to add water or chicken broth to loosen the pasta sauce back up. Heat for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

- 1/2 White Onion (Chopped)
- 4 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
- 2 Pounds of Chicken (diced)
- 8 oz Penne Noodles (or favorite noodles)
- 1 24 oz Jar of Pasta Sauce
- 1 C Parmesan Cheese
- 1 C Shredded Mozzarella
Instructions
- Dice the onion and garlic.
- Place onions and garlic in the bottom of the Instant Pot with 1 1/2 to 2 cups of water or chicken broth.
- Dice the chicken breasts into bite size pieces and place in the Instant Pot.

- TIP: Keep pasta around 1”, if they are too big, they will not cook through!

- Evenly spread the chicken across the bottom of the instant pot.
- Try to spread the sauce completely over the pasta, but do not mix it up. Keep the sauce on top of the pasta because it will burn if you let it hit the bottom of the pot!
