Chicken Sliders

Ingredients
  • 3 Pounds Chicken Breast
  • 1 small red onion (Halved & Sliced)
  • 5 Cloves garlic (Minced)
  • 1 Cup Low Sugar BBQ
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Italian Dressing
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 pkg Slider Buns
  • Sliced Cheese
Instructions
  • Place chicken breast into slow cooker with onion and garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together BBQ, Italian Dressing, and Worcestershire. Pour over chicken.

  • Heat on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
  • Shred chicken with two forks or with mixer. Add a bit more BBQ if needed. Heat on high for 10-15 minutes to absorb more flavor.

  • Serve over sliders or buns, top with a slice of cheese.
Notes
Low Carb - Serve chicken in a low carb wrap or over spinach.
Mod Carb - Serve in buns as described, over rice, or a baked potato.
