Crockpot Chicken Sliders
Adjust quantity as needed. 3 pounds of chicken will be enough for 8, six ounce servings.

Servings: 1 Dinner (about 8 servings)
Ingredients
- 3 Pounds Chicken Breast
- 1 small red onion (Halved & Sliced)
- 5 Cloves garlic (Minced)
- 1 Cup Low Sugar BBQ
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Italian Dressing
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 pkg Slider Buns
- Sliced Cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken breast into slow cooker with onion and garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together BBQ, Italian Dressing, and Worcestershire. Pour over chicken.
- Heat on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
- Shred chicken with two forks or with mixer. Add a bit more BBQ if needed. Heat on high for 10-15 minutes to absorb more flavor.
- Serve over sliders or buns, top with a slice of cheese.
Notes
Low Carb - Serve chicken in a low carb wrap or over spinach.
Mod Carb - Serve in buns as described, over rice, or a baked potato.
