CRESCENT ROLL UPS
This is a breakfast that my husband likes to make on Sunday mornings. Now that I’m gluten free I can’t eat them but it is still one of our family favorites!

Ingredients
- 1 roll Crescent Rolls
- Breakfast Sausage ( (links or Ground))
- Cheese (Optional)
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven as directed on package.
- Roll ground sausage into small balls, fry in skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
- Remove from pan and place on paper towels to slightly cool and remove some grease.
- Roll out all crescent rolls, place sausage ball (or link) at the widest part of the roll, add cheese if desired.
- Roll up meat and cheese as you would a normal crescent roll.
- Heat as directed on package and golden brown.
- You can save the extras in an airtight container for the following week… if you have any!
