Crowd Pleaser Meatloaf

Another recipe that you can make work for what meat you have on hand or for your family's tastebuds! If you choose beef, make sure to use a LEAN cut. 90 or 93% lean to keep this meal macro friendly. This meal feeds my husband, daughter, and I for two nights easily. If our teenager is here, this is only enough for one night. This recipes is super simple to double though so I will often make two loafs so we have plenty for leftovers or I will freeze one to have on hand for a "heat & eat" night.
