Ingredients
  • 4-6 ounces of your favorite fish
  • 1-2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Spices of choice
Instructions
  • Drizzle Fish with EVOO
  • Sprinkle with spices
  • Bake at 350 degrees or grill until fish flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time will vary depending on size of filet and if you are using fresh or frozen fish. (most fish is usually done in 10-20 minutes)

SEASONING IDEAS:

Bay Leaf, Cayenne, Curry Powder, Celery Seed, Chives, Dill, Fennel, Lemon Zest/Juice, Marjoram, Mint, Dry Mustard, Onion, Paprika, Parsley, Red Pepper, Saffron, Sage, Salt, Sesame Seed, Tarragon, Thyme, Turmeric. OR you can find blends formulated just for fish in the spice aisle!
