Choose your favorite fresh or saltwater fish. Ideas include, bass, Catfish, Crappie, Flounder, Orange Roughy, Salmon, Swordfish, Tilapia, Trout, Orange Roughy.

Ingredients
- 4-6 ounces of your favorite fish
- 1-2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Spices of choice
Instructions
- Drizzle Fish with EVOO
- Sprinkle with spices
- Bake at 350 degrees or grill until fish flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time will vary depending on size of filet and if you are using fresh or frozen fish. (most fish is usually done in 10-20 minutes)
