Garlic Parmesan Wings
Two options for prepping these wings!
One is a pre-made Buffalo Wild Wings Sauce, the other is a homemade copy cat recipe!

Servings: 1 Batch (10-12 Wings)
Ingredients
Wings
- 10 Chicken Wings (Fresh or Frozen Wings)
Store Bought Sauce
- 1/3 Bottle Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (we find it at Sams Club)
Homemade Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Real Mayo
- 3/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (Grated or Shredded)
- 3 Tbsp Garlic
- 4 Tbsp salted butter (Melted)
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (Optional)
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper (Optional - Cubed)
Instructions
Homemade Sauce
- Melt butter, mix together mayo, garlic, onion powder, and pepper. Butter may clump up a bit.
- Place wings in air tight container or ziplock bag, cover with sauce and refrigerate for 30 minutes to a couple of hours.
Bottle Sauce
- Place wings in airtight container or ziplock bag. Cover with about 1/3 of bottle. Place in airtight container or ziplock bag. Move to fridge for 30 minutes to a couple of hours.
Oven Directions
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
- Place wings on parchment paper or aluminum foil, on cookie sheet.
- Bake about 20 minutes. Temperature should be 160-165 degrees, or juices should run clear.
Air Fryer
- Individually place wings in air fryer basket, cook at 360 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until internal temperature is 160-165 degrees. Check around 5 minutes into cooking to flip and check doneness.
