Honey Mustard Pretzel Chicken Tenders
These tenders are awesome for an appetizer but you can also pair with with a serving or two of veggies for a meal!
This recipe includes instructions for baked, or air fried tenders!

Servings: 1 Batch (8-10 large tenders)
Ingredients
Chicken
- 8 medium Chicken Tenders
Egg & Mustard
- 2 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp Mustard
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Cup Real Mayo
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
Dredge
- 3 Cups Pretzels (crushed - any variety)
Instructions
Prep
- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
- In a small bowl beat eggs, mix in mustards, mayo, and spices
- Crush pretzels in food processor, food chopper, or place in a ziplock bag and beat with spoon or rolling pin. You want the pretzels to still be coarse so you know they are pretzels but the smaller you grind, the better they will stick.
- Individually dip tenders through egg and mustard mixture, then cover in pretzels
Oven Instructions
- Place on parchment paper on baking sheet. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes until juices run clear.
