This recipe isn’t pretty, but my family didn’t care! It does have some kick with the red pepper flakes and hot sauce but you can leave those out!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb bacon (Cooked, Drained and Chopped)
  • ½ lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 lb Whole Wheat or Gluten Free Pasta
  • 1 cup mayo
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons spicy mustard
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 can whole corn (drained)
  • 1 cup Grape or Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (cubed or shredded, for garnish)
  • ¾ cup green onion (reserve some for garnish)
Instructions
  • Loaded Cowboy Ingredients
  • Cook pasta per package directions, drain, drizzle with olive oil and set aside
  • In the same skillet, cook the ground meat until done in the same pan along with the onion, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper
  • Stir in mayo, barbeque sauce, worcestershire sauce, mustard, and hot sauce until well combined
    In Process Loaded Cowboy Pasta
  • Add in corn and tomatoes
  • Stir in cooked pasta
  • Garnish with cheese and reserved green onion
  • Serve and enjoy!
Notes
This is a mod carb meal. 
I recommend using Turkey to keep the fat down in this recipe but lean beef also works!
For our family of 4 (one teenage boy) I always cook at least double the recipe. Enter how many bowls you would like in the header and the recipe will automatically adjust your ingredient list.
