Peanut Butter & Banana Frozen Yogurt Bark is a fun twist you can enjoy for dessert on hot summer nights. Try Greek yogurt to add protein and keep the carbs down on this low carb frozen yogurt!
Ingredients for Peanut Butter Banana Yogurt Bark
- Vanilla Yogurt
- Banana
- Peanut Butter
- Mini Chocolate Chips
Yogurt Bark
Ingredients
- 2 cups Vanilla Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter (melted)
- 1 medium Banana (Sliced into coins and halved)
- 1 tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Place parchment paper on baking sheet
- Spread Yogurt, thin is best!
- Top with bananas
- Place Peanut Butter in a glass dish and microwave about 10 seconds or until starting to thin.
- Drizzle peanut butter over yogurt and bananas
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips
- Place in freezer for about 2 hours or until frozen through
- Break into pieces and store in air tight container, in freezer for up to two weeks.
