  • Banana
  • Peanut Butter
  • Mini Chocolate Chips

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter (melted)
  • 1 medium Banana (Sliced into coins and halved)
  • 1 tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  • Place parchment paper on baking sheet
    Pan with Parchment
  • Spread Yogurt, thin is best!

  • Top with bananas

  • Place Peanut Butter in a glass dish and microwave about 10 seconds or until starting to thin.
  • Drizzle peanut butter over yogurt and bananas

  • Sprinkle with chocolate chips

  • Place in freezer for about 2 hours or until frozen through
  • Break into pieces and store in air tight container, in freezer for up to two weeks.

FAQs:

Do I have to use vanilla yogurt? Nope! Vanilla worked great for this recipe but feel free to change it up! 

Want more protein?  Try mixing in a couple of tablespoons of your favorite vanilla protein powder. Each protein will taste and mix different, this may take some trial and error and may need a tablespoon of almond milk if it is too thick.

What are some yogurt bark variations?  Try berries, granola, coconut, sliced almonds, honey…the possibilities are endless!
