  • Serve with apples, graham crackers, sweet pretzels, or cookies for dipping.
Notes
I used Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter, which gave the dip a grainy texture but you can use any type of peanut butter that you prefer.
Keeps fresh for about 5 days in the fridge when stored in an air-tight container.
Add a tablespoon of cocoa powder or 2 tablespoons of mini chocolate chips to dress up your dip.

These rounded Mason Jars are a great way to serve and store your dip! Cute and quaint! Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip in Mason Jar

This Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip is a “Fun Food” it isn’t unhealthy, but I also wouldn’t consider it healthy! The yogurt is a carb with a bit of protein, peanut butter will be a fat, and if you choose to serve it with fruit, crackers, pretzels, etc. those are all carbs!

If you feel like macros are confusing, you’re not alone! I recommend checking out nutrition labels regularly to see if the food is mostly a Protein/Fat/Carb but we also have a Macro Cheat Sheet that you may find helpful as you get started!
