Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound Natural Roast Beef
  • 10 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 Medium Onion (Sliced)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 8 slices Provolone Cheese
  • 2 Large Green Pepper
Instructions
  • Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees
  • Cut 2 large green peppers and core.

  • Heat beef, mushroom, onion, garlic, and EVOO over medium heat until onions and mushrooms are cooked.
    Stuffed Pepper Meat - Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers
  • Place one piece of the cheese in the pepper and fill with ¼ of the meat mixture.

  • Bake for 10 minutes
  • Top with 2nd slice of cheese, bake for another 10 minutes.

  • These reheat well but do have a lot of “juice” when reheated. Be sure to drain before cutting up and eating.
Notes
Serve with a side of rice or extra vegetable.
