Ingredients
Protein Fluff
- 3 tbsp Greek Yogurt
- ¾ scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- ¼ cup Blueberries
Wrap
- 1 Tortilla – Low Carb, Almond Flour, or Whole Wheat
- ½ Banana (sliced)
Instructions
- Mix together protein powder and yogurt until blended.
- Add in Blueberries.
- Spread yogurt mixture across tortilla
- Top with banana slices and roll up.
Notes
Mod Carb – with the fruit this will probably be a moderate carb meal. Keep carbs in check by choosing a low carb or almond flour tortilla.
