Ingredients

Wrap

  • 1 Tortilla – Low Carb, Almond Flour, or Whole Wheat
  • ½ Banana (sliced)
Instructions
  • Mix together protein powder and yogurt until blended.
  • Add in Blueberries.
  • Spread yogurt mixture across tortilla
  • Top with banana slices and roll up.
Notes
Mod Carb – with the fruit this will probably be a moderate carb meal.  Keep carbs in check by choosing a low carb or almond flour tortilla.
