- 1 Scoop Protein Powder
- 1 Rice Cake
- 1-2 Tablespoons Nut Butter
Instructions
- Mix favorite Protein Powder with water, almond milk, or cashew milk, and ice.
- Spread nut butter onto rice cake.
Notes
Check your program guide for details on selecting the best protein powder. Flavored rice cakes are okay but as with any processed food you want to be mindful of sugar, sodium, and long ingredient lists.
