Ingredients

Your Favorite Fruits - Mix & Match!

  • 2 Apple (cored and sliced)
  • 1 pint Strawberries (destemmed and sliced)
  • 2 cups Seedless Grapes (Halved)
  • 1 Pineapple (Cored and Sliced)
  • Sugar Free Pudding (Try vanilla or your favorite flavor! )
Instructions
  • Slice, destem, and core fruit.
  • Mix into a large bowl
  • Sprinkle with dry pudding mix. I never measure this, just sprinkle enough to cover the fruit, mix, sprinkle again. The amount you use will vary depending on how much salad you have, expect to use almost half a package.

Tips

  • If you want to include bananas, prepare the salad as noted, add sliced bananas just before serving.
  • Include a citrus fruit or pineapple to keep apples from browning. If you prefer to omit these, dip slices in lemon juice before mixing apples in.

FAQs:

Do I have to use certain fruits? Nope! You can choose whatever fruits you and your family love!

Can I use different pudding mixes? Yes, for sure! We love vanilla and white chocolate best. Cheesecake is just “okay” in our opinion. We haven’t gotten too adventurous, but if you find a combo you love, let me know!
