Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
  • Brussel Sprouts (- As many as your family will eat! We prefer fresh and the smaller the better but you can use frozen.)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sea salt (Optional )
  • garlic (Optional )
  • Chopped Bacon (Optional)
Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Half or quarter slice Brussel Sprout
  • Throw on a greased baking sheet
  • Drizzle with EVOO, salt, and garlic if desired.
  • Bake fresh Brussels for 35-45 minutes depending on size. Frozen may take a bit longer.
  • Stir and add additional EVOO and Salt if needed half way through
Notes
We like them a little bit crispy so we roast for about 40-45 minutes!
