Ingredients
- Brussel Sprouts (- As many as your family will eat! We prefer fresh and the smaller the better but you can use frozen.)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea salt (Optional )
- garlic (Optional )
- Chopped Bacon (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Half or quarter slice Brussel Sprout
- Throw on a greased baking sheet
- Drizzle with EVOO, salt, and garlic if desired.
- Bake fresh Brussels for 35-45 minutes depending on size. Frozen may take a bit longer.
- Stir and add additional EVOO and Salt if needed half way through
Notes
We like them a little bit crispy so we roast for about 40-45 minutes!
