Ingredients
  • 1 Pound Spinach (washed and dried)
  • 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 6 Cloves Garlic (Chopped or Minced)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp salted butter (Optional)
  • Lemon (Optional)
Instructions
  • Sauté garlic in EVOO for about a minute, add in spinach, salt & pepper.
  • Heat until spinach is wilted. Top with butter and squeeze of lemon.
Notes
If desired, add in thinly sliced onion while sautéing garlic or crushed red pepper.
