Ingredients
- 1 Pound Spinach (washed and dried)
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 6 Cloves Garlic (Chopped or Minced)
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Tbsp salted butter (Optional)
- Lemon (Optional)
Instructions
- Sauté garlic in EVOO for about a minute, add in spinach, salt & pepper.
- Heat until spinach is wilted. Top with butter and squeeze of lemon.
Notes
If desired, add in thinly sliced onion while sautéing garlic or crushed red pepper.
