Sheet Pan Tacos
Though 40 ounces of meat should be enough for ten four ounce servings, this feeds our family of four for one evening!

Servings: 1 Sheet (about 8 Servings)
Ingredients
- 2.5 Pounds Lean Ground Beef (or Turkey)
- 1 Small Onion
- 1/4 Cup Low Sodium Taco Seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Taco Toppings (– Shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, black olives, avocado, jalapeños, sour cream, salsa, pico de gallo, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 Degrees.
- Mix meat, onion, taco seasoning, and salt.
- Press into a baking/cookie sheet with an edge all the way around.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, use spatulas to loosen around the edges and remove from the pan in one piece to a large cutting board.
- Drain the grease and return the hamburger back to the pan.
- Sprinkle with 2-3 cups of shredded cheese and put back in the oven until melted.
- Remove and top with desired taco toppings.
