Ingredients
- 20 oz Italian Sausage (Hot or Mild)
- 20 oz bag of Cheese Tortellini
- 1 bag Spinach
- 2 15 oz Diced Tomatoes
- 4 Cups Chicken Broth (3-4 Cups; +/- for thicker or thinner soup)
- 1 8 oz Cream Cheese (cubed)
- Basil (optional )
- Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional for topping )
Instructions
- Brown sausage and drain.
- Place sausage into crockpot with spinach, tomatoes (undrained), broth, basil and cream cheese.
- Turn on low for 5-6 hours.
- Add Tortellini the last hour of cooking.
- Sprinkle with parmesan before serving
