Ingredients
  • 1 Medium to Large Tomato
  • 1 Can of Light Tuna in water, drained
  • 1-2 T of Mayo, Mustard, or Guacamole
  • Optional Add-Ins (– Chopped Onion, Hard Boiled Egg, Garlic, Diced Pickles, Salt, Pepper, etc.)
Instructions
  • Cut out center of tomato and slice into wedges almost all the way through. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired.
  • In a small bowl mix drained tuna, mayo/mustard, add-ins.
  • Top Tomato with Tuna
Notes
Low Carb: Serve with Veggie Sticks or Slices 
Mod Carb: Serve with Rice Cakes or Whole Wheat Crackers
