Ingredients
  • Your favorite vegetables (– Ideas are cucumber bell peppers, carrots, zucchini, tomato, onion, celery, etc.)
  • Low Carb tortilla
  • Cream Cheese
Instructions
  • Spread cream cheese to the edges of the tortilla.
  • Line the vegetable slices across your tortilla.
  • Top with spinach, romaine, or arugula leaves.
  • Roll tightly and slice into bite size pieces.
