Ingredients
- Your favorite vegetables (– Ideas are cucumber bell peppers, carrots, zucchini, tomato, onion, celery, etc.)
- Low Carb tortilla
- Cream Cheese
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese to the edges of the tortilla.
- Line the vegetable slices across your tortilla.
- Top with spinach, romaine, or arugula leaves.
- Roll tightly and slice into bite size pieces.
