Like most of my recipes, this is adjustable! If you don’t like an ingredient, leave it out! If you don’t have something on hand or don’t want to measure, that’s fine too! Choose a dry white wine (not sweet) for this dish.
Ingredients
- 1.5 Pounds Lean Ground Turkey
- 1 Small Onion (diced)
- 2 medium Crushed Red Pepper (cored and diced)
- 3-4 cans White Great Northern or Navy Beans (drained)
- 1 Tbsp Cumin
- 1.5 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 Cup sweet corn
- 1 Cups White Wine
- 3-4 Cups Chicken Broth
