Like most of my recipes, this is adjustable!  If you don’t like an ingredient, leave it out!  If you don’t have something on hand or don’t want to measure, that’s fine too!  Choose a dry white wine (not sweet) for this dish.

White Turkey Chili

Servings: 1 Pot (about 10 bowls)
Ingredients
  • 1.5 Pounds Lean Ground Turkey
  • 1 Small Onion (diced)
  • 2 medium Crushed Red Pepper (cored and diced)
  • 3-4 cans White Great Northern or Navy Beans (drained)
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin
  • 1.5 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 Cup sweet corn
  • 1 Cups White Wine
  • 3-4 Cups Chicken Broth
Instructions
  • Sautee your garlic and onion in olive oil
  • Add in meat and brown
  • Drain grease and return to pot or crock pot
  • Add in remaining ingredients

  • Pour yourself a glass of wine (you can't let it go to waste!)
  • Cook on low heat for 4-6 hours.
Notes
Serve with tortilla chips and dollop of non-fat Greek yogurt.
