Workout Wednesday!
This full body workout will target legs, back, biceps, chest, and triceps! You will need a set of medium weight dumbbells and a light to medium resistance band.
There are options so you can modify the intensity and take out high impact moves if needed.
Beginners can stick to low impact versions and lower range of reps.
Advanced complete 4 rounds of the higher intensity moves and higher reps.
Complete 4 rounds of each circuit moving quickly from one exercise to the next with little to no rest. Take a quick break in between sets and circuits if needed.
