avocado

large eggs
hard boiled, peeled and cooled

Grape or Cherry Tomatoes
Cut into halves

Bacon
cooked and chopped
1/2
cup
green onions
chopped

garlic powder

tsp
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Slice eggs into halves or quarters so they are easy to smash.
In a medium bowl combine eggs, avocado, garlic, salt & pepper; smash with a fork until combined.
Add in bacon pieces, tomatoes and green onions. Mix well.
Add additional seasoning if desired.

Low Carb -
Serve over lettuce, spinach, in lettuce wraps or in a low carb tortilla!
