Sear roast for 1-2 minutes on each side. (some slow cookers have a meat searing option so you don’t have to use a separate pan but this step is optional.)
Place in crock pot with butter, ranch seasoning, gravy, and pepperoncinis
Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours or high heat for 5
