INGREDIENTS

avocado eggs grape or cherry Tomatoes Bacon green  onions garlic powder Salt & Pepper

Slice eggs into halves or quarters so they are easy to smash.

In a medium bowl combine eggs, avocado, garlic, salt & pepper; smash with a fork until combined.

Add in bacon pieces, tomatoes and green onions. Mix well.

– Add additional seasoning if desired.

NOTES Low Carb – Serve over lettuce, spinach, in lettuce wraps or in a low carb tortilla!
