Servings: 12 Cups
Ingredients
- 12 slices ham lunch meat
- 12 eggs
- ½ cup Shredded Cheese
- Cooking spray or butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease the inside of a muffin pan.
- Place a piece of ham in each of the 12 muffin tin cavities, forming a “cup"
- Add a spoonful of shredded cheese on top of the ham.
- Crack an egg into each “cup” of ham.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on how soft or hard you prefer your eggs.
- Remove from oven, best served warm.
